My First Giveaway!!

My First Giveaway!!!
I'm a little nervous! Is that normal?
Anyway, here I go.
To celebrate the fact that school is almost out, that I'm finally going to have time to focus on reading all of the lovely and inspiring blogs that I follow, not to mention getting a chance to create some new goodies, I'm going to have my very first giveaway. I know I've been neglecting blogland and I do so hate to do that. Really!! Blogland is sometimes the only thing that keeps me sane. O.k, O.k, I'll get to the info then I'll ramble.

Here's what you do:

1. leave a comment on this post by Friday June 4th Midnight Pacific Time telling me which pair of earrings in my etsy store that you like best. (That will give you one entry)

2. Mention my giveaway on your blog with a link then leave me another message on this post to let me know. (That will give you your second entry. Yeah!! Two chances.)

Oh, what am I giving away you wonder!! Well, I am going to give away any pair of earrings from my etsy shop. Any pair that is currently for sale when this giveaway ends. If your favorite pair sold I might be able to make another one just like it. If a lot of people enter, I might giveaway 2 pairs. Yeah!!

Alright, that's it for the giveaway info. I hope lots of people enter.

Life has been total chaos around here. Ugh!! You know what I mean! We've had:

  • Drill team tryouts.
  • Drill team uniform fittins (Yeah! Emma made it)
  • Elementary school performances (yes, I said performances as in plural)
  • Elementary school award ceremonies (once again plural)
  • Little League tournament game
  • Little League closing ceremonies
  • Little League team parties
  • Junior High Award Ceremonies
  • 3 field trips
  • 2 End of year parties

not to mention the usual stuff: dance, tumbling, piano, and cheer. Thanks goodness no more homework!!

But, this Saturday I'm going to do something I've never done before. I'm going to go to Palm Springs with a fabulous bunch of ladies. Just us ladies. Relaxing, Swimming, Eating, Shopping. If you can believe it, in the 18 years I've been married I went away once to a convention for two days. That's it. Well, unless you count the times I stayed in the hospital having babies. My husband used to be a wee bit controlling. He's getting better. He actually told me to have a fantastic time that I "deserve it" Isn't that sweet.

Well, thanks for letting me vent. I've missed you all. I hope you like the giveaway.

Good Luck!!

My Second Etsy Shop

Today is the Grand Opening of my second etsy shop!!
It's called luckygirlgoods.
I started my shop to clean out some of my supplies and share some of my fabulous finds.I've come to realize that I'm a Hoarder and that I'm running out of room. Ugh!!
In the past I've always worried that if I used or got rid of something wonderful that I'd never be able to find anything like it again. Well, that is true sometimes. But, by clearing out some of my beautiful stuff I feel that I'm making room for the universe to send me more beautiful stuff.

So, here are a few of the little lovelies that I've listed so far today. I've got lots more to list but, I've got to do it in baby steps.

Have a super duper week.

Thanks for coming by.

P.S. I hope everyone had a fabulous Mothers Day!! I spent the day at the beach with my hubby, four fabulous kids, amazing friends, and their beautiful boys. I might be able to get some pictures from my friend. Of course, I forgot my camera. Oh well, I still had a blast.

May Basket Swaps

I joined in the Year of Colors May Basket Swap.
I got a lovely partner Kristen who spoiled me rotten.
(well, I was probably already a little bit rotten!!)
But, anyway look at all of the fantastic goodies that she sent me!!
I don't know if you can tell from the picture but all of the lovely treats came inside a bag that seems handmade with lovely knitted flowers and a beautiful ribbon handle.
I got Banana Bread mix and a cute felt house kit and even something for the bath. Baths are my favorite!! How did she know?
I want to give her a big Thank you Hug! OOOOOOOO!!!
This is a little peak of all of the goodies I sent Kristen
I hope she enjoys them as much as I enjoyed putting them together for her.
Also a special Thank You to the wonderful Kari Ramstrom
for putting together the wonderful Year of Color site and for hosting such fantastic swaps.
I can't wait for the next one!!

Have a super week.
